If you want your eyes to look bigger like I do, here are three quick and easy tips for accomplishing just that! I find myself doing these simple tricks on days when I feel I need to give my eyes that extra something.
1). Apply a light-colored eyeliner to your lower lash line. This really opens your eyes as well as makes them appear brighter. For this, I’d recommend the NARS Larger Than Life long-wear eyeliner in the shade ‘Rue Bonaparte’, but any light (or even white) shade of pencil eyeliner will do!

Before and after! See the ‘Rue Bonaparte’ look in action in this NARS tutorial video pictured above.
2). Blow out your eyelashes. Mascara really makes your eyes pop, especially when applied to your lower lashes as well. The fanned look of them around your eyes makes them look just that little bit bigger, which you can also see executed in the picture used for #1.
3). Draw a tight line right above your upper lashes. You really want to hug the base of your lashes and for a thinner, more accurate line, always use liquid eyeliner. You can also add a tiny flick to the end of your lines to pull your eyes out a little more. Two stellar brands of liquid eyeliner I’ll recommend over and over again are Marc Jacobs Magic Marc’er and Kat Von D Tattoo Liner.
